Fayon is an inspirational speaker, presenter and broadcaster with the versatility to host to an audience of 6,000 at The Royal Albert Hall to 150,000 online viewers as the energetic host of Tomorrow’s Engineers Week- Big Assembly.

Fayon is the energy behind Engineering UK’s speed networking event Meet The Future You; at The Big Bang Fair each March helping students learn how networking skills can boost their confidence and make the difference to a great career in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering Mathematics).

Fayon is a regular commentator with Vanessa Feltz on BBC Radio London and for a variety of broadcasters on Talk Radio reviewing the newspapers. For 5 years Fayon has been the host and producer of ‘The Kids Are Alright Show’ on Riverside Radio and was voted by commercial radio presenters as best presenter and best community content awards in 2018 and 2019.

Fayon talked her way in to her first TV presenting job for the JML shopping channel EeZee TV in 2005 and since that time has presented for QVCiBuy and Ideal World. Fayon is the facilitator and host for a variety of shows and events, including Newham Children’s Health department, Sutton Women Means Business Awards and for several seasonal events managing celebrity guests with live audiences.

And during lock down 2020 caused by the Covid-19 pandemic Fayon has turned her hand to hosting interviews with engineers for Equal Engineers and producing webinars with executives for The Children’s Media Conference.

For school across the UK Fayon delivers dynamic, interactive workshops, which give students the opportunity to explore their potential. Fayon uses her playful and strong personality to connect with young people, offering up her own experiences of breaking through obstacles when needed to empower both girls and boys to be themselves.

Since 2003 Fayon has been a committed reader and part-time Community Liaison Officer for the charity InterAct, working with professional actors to deliver creative and engaging workshops to stroke survivors supporting them to regain their voices and confidence.
